COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REGULATIONS AND BASIC PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING
The protection of your personal data is important to us and we process your personal data in accordance with generally binding legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; "GDPR").
We follow the following basic principles when processing personal data:
- We process your personal data fairly and lawfully and transparently (the principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency);
- We collect (and process) your personal data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and at the same time do not further process it in a way that is incompatible with those purposes (purpose limitation principle);
- We process personal data only to the extent that it is proportionate, relevant and necessary for the purposes of the processing (data minimization principle);
- We process only accurate personal data and update your personal data where necessary (accuracy principle);
- We only store your personal data in a form that permits your identification for as long as is necessary for the purposes of processing your personal data (storage limitation principle);
We only process your personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of your personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage (the integrity and confidentiality principle).
